Since my car got RFID installed in 2017, I use it to go through tollbooths on my daily commute.
My vehicle had an accident three years ago, and the left headlight happened to be damaged, so I had to ask the professional technician designated by Toll Company to reinstall it again. Generally, my car always breaks down in the same RFID lane at the same toll plaza, or I often see other unlucky vehicles that cannot pass the RFID lane dancing cha cha.
My car is equipped with a dash cam, and occasionally I will record my car dancing cha cha in front of the passage, and then put it on social media for a record. There are already too many complaints from the public about the toll system, and I am too lazy to worry about it.
However, at 17/1/2023 17:32, I actually encountered a rare human RFID! And, twice! This rare spectacle certainly aroused my interest!

I put the two records on Facebook and shared them in a group called “Klang People”.

I thought it would be fine after a while.
Here, I would like to solemnly declare that I am only sharing the unlucky things I encountered on Facebook, and I am definitely not mocking the staff who are seriously performing their tasks.
How do you know that four days later, at 9:00 am on 21/1/23, a representative who claimed to be from the RFID Fitment Center knocked on my private message window.
Under the suggestion of the other party, I can only provide the other party with the RFID usage records between 17:20 and 18:53 on 17/1/23. Since the other party is a stranger, I refuse to provide the other party with my personal identity, including car information.
17/1/2023 back from Zeta Residence to Klang:-

- 17:37 SUKE – BKT TERATAI, (human RFID) video:- https://www.facebook.com/750622392/videos/494840565915220/
- 17:57 NPE – PANTAI DALAM, ok!
- 18:01 NPE – PJS 2, ok!
- 18:53 KESAS – KEMUNING, ok!
Sure enough, after the other party received my records, like ordinary government officials and representatives of the public assembly, they refused to admit that it was a machine failure on behalf of the toll system company. The fellow requires me to waste precious time, go to the RFID installation center again, and reinstall a brand new RFID.
Of course I rejected his “garden tour” suggestion.
The most surprising thing is that he blamed me for only posting the video on Facebook and not reporting it to Toll System Company. My God, does every user need to complain to the Toll Company for RFID failures? He didn’t read the news reports?
Next, I asked him why he only paid attention to the problem of machine failure, but did not pay attention to the fact that the toll station assigned some young staff to risk their lives to stand in the middle of the aisle and do RFID for the vehicle at a distance of less than one meter in front of the vehicle scan?
What is the proper SOP?
I hope that the public relations personnel hired by the toll system company can write a report that can investigate the serious mistakes of the SOP of the relevant unit, instead of only focusing on the problem of machine failure! After all, human life is 1000 times more important than machines!
